GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or STORE CREDIT which are subject to the below terms:
We do NOT charge a restocking or handling fee.
Important: if we incur additional costs or duties as a result of your return, we will deduct these from the refund amount.
Products that are bought from a Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

Important note: if taxes and customs duties apply, they will be withheld from the refund or credit. You will receive a detailed statement for this. We recommend that you declare the shipment as a "return".
REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

After we receive your product, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
MONEY BACK OR STORE CREDIT POLICY
You are given 30 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for REFUND or STORE CREDIT in exchange to the product.
In order for the product to be eligible for Refund or Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:

- Product wasn't used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds will always be made to the original method of payment.
If we do not receive instructions to the contrary, we will not assume an exchange and will make a refund to your original method of payment.
