UK Returns

You can easily register your return through our returns portal.

During the return registration, please select our cooperation partner DHL. A prepaid return label will then be made available to you directly in the portal.

Please note that although the return label is provided through our cooperation partner DHL, the return is handled locally in the United Kingdom by Parcelforce.

After printing and attaching the return label to your parcel, you can drop off your return at an available Parcelforce drop-off location:

The return costs are £8.99 for returns from the United Kingdom. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If you prefer a lower-cost return option, we may be able to provide an Evri return label for £4.99 upon request. This option is not available automatically in the returns portal. Please contact our customer service via the contact form before sending your return if you would like to request this option.

If you prefer to arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself, please select the option “own return shipping” in the returns portal. In this case, you may use a carrier of your choice. Please make sure the parcel is sufficiently prepaid and keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will of course cover the return costs.
